  • Identify skill gaps, concentration and continuity exposure
  • Recommend the response the evidence supports, including responses other than training
  • Design and deliver development where it is warranted
  • Validate application through supervisor level review at agreed points

What MILD does not do

  • Make regulatory, compliance, employment-law or security determinations
  • Represent any government approval, endorsement, sponsorship or authorization
  • Claim prior contract performance, past performance ratings or agency references
  • Provide accreditation, certification authority or audit findings
  • Publish benchmarks, savings figures or guaranteed outcomes

MILD does not make legal, financial, cybersecurity, privacy, employment-law, regulatory or compliance determinations on behalf of any organization. Consequential decisions remain with accountable leadership.
