Trust and procurement

Trust and Procurement Readiness

What an executive sponsor or procurement reviewer usually needs to know before a MILD engagement proceeds: how accountability works, what reporting will and will not claim, how information is handled, and where MILD's boundaries are.

Operating commitments

How MILD Works With Client Organizations

These commitments apply to every engagement regardless of size or delivery level.

  1. 01

    Named Human Accountability

Consequential recommendations, designs and reports carry named human accountability. AI-supported drafting is reviewed by a person before it reaches your organization.

  2. 02

    Evidence-Based Reporting

Reporting states what the evidence supports and what it does not. Inconclusive results are reported as inconclusive rather than reframed.

  3. 03

    Scope Discipline

Recommendations follow the defined capability problem. If a smaller intervention resolves it, that is the recommendation.

  4. 04

    Accessible Delivery

Materials and sessions are designed for accessible participation, including readable materials, accessible contrast, keyboard-operable digital experiences and reasonable accommodation requests.

  5. 05

    Data Minimization

MILD asks for the information the work requires and no more. Personal data is not requested where aggregate or role-level information is sufficient.

  6. 06

    Client Ownership of Decisions

Employment, policy, disciplinary, legal and compliance decisions remain with your organization. MILD informs them and does not make them.

Stated limitations

What MILD Does Not Claim

Limitations are published rather than discovered during a review.

  • MILD does not make legal, financial, cybersecurity, privacy, employment-law, regulatory or compliance determinations on behalf of clients.
  • MILD assessments and diagnostics are structured decision-support instruments, not validated psychometric instruments and not compliance audits.
  • MILD does not publish client names, logos, testimonials, case studies or performance benchmarks. Reference discussions, where possible, are arranged privately and only with consent.
  • MILD does not claim external accreditation for its academies or programs, and does not offer guaranteed business results.
  • Business-evidence reporting depends on your organization's own data and access. Where that access is unavailable, MILD reports the limitation.

A supplier that overstates evidence is a risk to the sponsor who approved it. MILD reports what the work supports and names the gaps.

Information handling

What This Website Collects and How It Is Handled

Full detail is in the Privacy Policy. This summary is the version most reviewers need first.

Collected through this website

  • Contact and organization details you submit in a form
  • The short description of the priority you choose to share
  • Assessment responses and scores where you complete an assessment
  • Coarse non-identifying source context, such as campaign or referring site

How it is handled

  • Stored in MILD's managed backend with access restricted to authorized administrators
  • Website visitors can submit information but cannot read or modify stored records
  • Used to respond to your request and to prepare for a useful conversation
  • Not sold, and not used for autonomous outreach

Not collected here

  • Employee personal files, health information or performance records
  • Payment details, since no payment is taken through this website
  • Credentials or access to your internal systems

Enterprise delivery

Delivering Inside Operating Constraints

Multi-Site and Multi-Cohort Delivery

Scheduling designed around operational reality, including shifts, seasonal load and dispersed sites.

Internal Enablement

Where appropriate, internal facilitators and managers are enabled so capability continues without external dependency.

Reporting Cadence

Agreed checkpoints and reporting aligned to the measurement progression and to your governance calendar.

Change Control

Scope changes are documented and agreed rather than absorbed silently.
